The Space:

Coopers Corner offers a relaxing countryside escape in a modern and comfortable lodge setting. Thoughtfully designed throughout, this two bedroom retreat features a spacious open plan living and dining area, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the surrounding parkland and nearby York.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for home-cooked meals, while the soft furnishings and warm lighting in the lounge create a welcoming space to settle in and enjoy cosy evenings.



Two peaceful bedrooms and two bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy for families, couples or friends travelling together.



Step outside onto your private decking to enjoy woodland views and the soothing warmth of your own hot tub, ideal for lazy mornings or tranquil nights under the stars.



With on site family friendly facilities, parkland walks, a restaurant and a nine hole golf course, you will have everything you need right on your doorstep.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to their lodge from 4pm on their arrival date.

Our on-site team will be on hand to support your check in and ensure you have everything you need for your stay.



Please note that there is one parking space to the side of each lodge, this is to be used by one vehicle only. All other vehicles can drive to the lodge to drop-off luggage but must park their car in the main car park for the duration of their stay.

There is strictly no parking on the grass at any times.



Quiet times are between the hours of 10pm and 7am and we politely ask that you respect your neighbours when using the outdoor facilities during these hours to ensure everyone has an enjoyable time when staying with us.

Please note that the park is Dog Friendly but we ask that all dogs are kept on a lead at all times when on the park site.



All guests can make use of the additional facilities at the Lodge Park. These include JJ's Bar & Grill, a Take-away Pizza Shack, 9 Hole Golf Course, Driving Range and Children's Play Park

Allerthorpe Golf & Country Park enjoys a peaceful yet convenient location in the heart of Yorkshire, surrounded by countryside while remaining just a short distance from the historic city of York. Travelling by car is simple, with the park located just off the A1079, around two miles from Pocklington and roughly a 25–30 minute drive from York. The A1(M) and A64 provide excellent connections for those arriving from further afield, and each lodge includes free on-site parking for easy access throughout your stay.



If you’re travelling by train, York Railway Station offers direct connections to London, Leeds, Manchester, and Edinburgh. From there, taxis and car hire options make reaching the park quick and straightforward. Bus services also run regularly between York and Pocklington, with the final stretch from Pocklington to the park taking only a few minutes by taxi.



Guests can explore local highlights such as Pocklington’s independent shops, cafés, and restaurants, or enjoy walks and bike rides through Allerthorpe Common Nature Reserve nearby.
