The house has two floors - upstairs are two double bedrooms, a bathroom, the mezzanine and on the ground floor are the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, a bathroom and the garage with service area. I have to warn you that the staircase to access the upper floor is very narrow.
The house's backyard is large, with lawn and tropical plants, a balcony with a hammock and an outdoor shower. It has space to park up to three cars.
