Carlos met us at the property. We were late arriving from the airport but he met us there. He was very kind and very helpful and answered all our questions. Whenever I called he answered/called us right back.The apartment is in an excellent area close to everything and to public transit. When I return, I will check them out again.

Perfect location. In the heart of Chiado. Thank God for those elevators. Apartment was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Couch could stand to be upgraded but it did the job. Mattress was pretty firm so if you like a softer bed, you might have an issue. Enjoyed our stay very much.
