Designed and cozy apartment located in the historical area of ​​Lower Castle, at the ground floor in a renovated old building, with one bedroom is ready to receive you, to feel and live in the historic center of Lisbon.
The apartment has all the amenities needed by the visitor. It has one bed room with two single beds, a sofa bed for two persons in the living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Also It has a private balcony, where you can have your meals.

Good for the price, perfect location

Wonderful apartment and hosts.we we're greeted by Horatio with lots of info for us ,where to eat, what to see,and how to get there.the apartment is lovely and very comfortable,it stayed nice and cool in the hot weather.we would highly recommend it.

À deux, nous avons passé un très bon moment pendant une semaine. Les recommandations des propriétaires nous ont fait gagner beaucoup de temps et ils ont vraiment été adorable de À à Z. Le logement est vraiment nickel, super bien situé, grand, propre et confort sans parler de son extérieur qui nous a permis de petit déjeuner dehors. Seul bémol: les voisins du dessus ont des enfants et on les entend tot le soir courir partout. Séjour vraiment magique. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Wonderful stay in Lisbon

We were very happy with our stay at Horacio and Christina’s apartment. It was very convenient to everything especially the grocery at the bottom of the steps with the mini supermarket, Pingo Dolce. Wine, fruit and snacks were provided, no milk. My wife twisted her ankle while we were out one day and Horacio came by to check on her to make sure she was okay. He has had a lot of experience helping other athletes. This was so kind and above and beyond what we would have expected. Just a word of caution there are a lot of steps getting to the apartment. Another word of caution, we were really ripped off from the taxi driver at the airport. He charged us 51 euros and of course conveniently had no change so it cost us 60 euros. Horacio said it should have been closer to 20-30 euros. We have found using Uber to be much better. Horacio was always available to get back to us whenever we had a question.

Well located lovely flat

Horacio and Cristina were very kind and welcoming hosts. The flat is exactly like the photos - clean, nicely decorated and airy. It is very well located, within easy walking distance to all the major sights in Lisbon. I would thoroughly recommend others to stay in this flat - we had a fabulous holiday! Thank you to the hosts!

Just right in Lisbon

This spot was perfectly located for us; close to cafes, groceries and points of interest. It's location on the steps also guaranteed a good daily workout. Squeaky clean, quiet and charming. Nice treats left for us to enjoy too. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfekte Lage und kümmernde, nette Vermieter

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral am Fuße des Schlosses. TRAM und Busse sind in maximal 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Es ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und von Bügeleisen über Waschmaschine bis zum Fön ist alles vorhanden. Die Mieter empfingen uns sehr freundlich und gaben uns zum einen ihre Nummer, falls Probleme jeglicher Art auftreten, und zum anderen einen Straßenplan, auf dem Sie uns Tipps für Touren und Sehenswürdigkeiten und wie sie zu erreichen sind, gaben. Direkt unter dem Appartement ist ein kleines Restaurant, das zwar nicht nach viel aussieht, in dem aber unglaublich leckeres Essen zu schönem Blues/Jazz serviert wird. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Perfect location for a stay in Lisbon

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment. Nothing was missing while your stay. We got a warm welcome with lot of tips to do in Lisbon! The location was perfekt to reach everything, as well a supermarket just down the stairs.

Ferienwohnung / Service lässt keine Wünsche offen

Wir wurden direkt am Flughafen abgeholt und in die sehr geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung gebracht. Dort standen bereits kleine Annehmlichkeiten (Wasser, Wein, Obst etc.) für uns zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet (inkl. den kleinen sehr nützlichen Dingen wie bspw. Müllbeutel, Spülmittel, Tee, Kaffee...). Insbesondere möchten wir gerne zwei Punkte hervorheben: 1. Die Lage der Wohnung: ... ist ideal zwischen Alfama (direkt) und Stadtzentrum (praca do commercio 7min) gelegen. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen und selbst zur Wohnung gibt es die Möglichkeit einen Aufzug ("elevador") aus der Stadt zu nehmen. Direkt an der Wohnung gibt es auch ein Parkhaus, einen Supermarkt und direkt um die Ecke viele Kneipen bzw. Restaurants. 2. Vermieterservice: Wir haben schon einige Ferienwohnung in unterschiedichen Städten/ Ländern gebucht. Doch dieser Service und vorallem die Freundlichkeit war einmalig!! Vorab gab es bereits super Informationen über Lissabon per Mail, Shuttle vom airport, Begrüßung in der Wohnung, Tipps und Tricks für die Erkundung Lissabon, stand für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung --> rundum hervorragend. Vielen Dank an Horácio für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Buena Experiencia

Hubo un problema con la reserva, y nos ofrecieron otro piso, pero también muy bien situado. El ultimo día el lavabo perdía un poco agua, pero estamos muy contentos. Pudimos entrar en el piso bastante pronto y marcharnos tarde (teníamos el tren para volver a la noche) y el trato con los dueños fue excelente. Nos indicaron sitios para ver y restaurantes situados al lado del piso muy buenos. Bastante recomendable.
