Tucked away in a peaceful countryside setting just 15 minutes from both the charming town of Pollença and the medieval ramparts of old town Alcudia, Eu Clos offers a delightful, tranquil hideaway surrounded by nature. Reached via a narrow country lane, this two bedroomed retreat is enveloped by trees and lush foliage, with enclosed gardens that provide both privacy and a true sense of escape.
Ideal for couples or a small family, the villa is thoughtfully laid out with obvious attention to detail, with a generously sized private pool, a traditional brick barbecue with shady terraces for relaxing as well as sun terraces for topping up that tan and if a sizzling burger is on the menu, chef can easily take a dip in the pool and still keep one eye on the barbecue. The interior provides comfortable indoor living spaces and the kitchen/dining area are open plan to ensure cook doesn’t miss out on the chatter and aperitifs whilst preparing the meal.

A 15 minute drive in any given direction will reward with the sand between your toes and the sea lapping around your feet, on one of the many coves and stretches of beach that hug the northern coastline: Cala Barques, Cala Carbo, Bahia de Pollenca, Playa de Alcudia and Playa de Muro to name but a few, are all favorably close for a fun beach day without having to drive far.

With the golden beaches of the north coast and the cultural and natural highlights of Mallorca all within easy reach, Eu Clos is a perfect central base for exploring the island while enjoying the peace and beauty of the rural landscape.
 

Air conditioning is available 14:00h - 16:00h and 20:00h - 08:00h in both bedrooms.
Please note that in addition to the property rental there is a local tourist tax to pay for all visitors aged 16 and over.  €2.00 (€2.20 incl. IVA) (£2) per night for the first 9 nights, €1.00 (€1.10 incl. IVA) (£1) per night for each night thereafter per person.  We will add this amount to your booking.
