The house is perfect.

Our holiday was multi generational and it met everybody’s needs and more. There is plenty of space to spend time together and have quieter moments alone. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the garden room; We baked pizzas in the oven and cooked on the open grill. It was spotlessly clean and every little detail had been thought of. There was absolutely everything you needed and things you didn’t even know you needed! The ice machine being a firm favourite! The bedrooms were comfortable and the TV in the lounge area provided a bit of respite for the kids on the odd occasion they did get out of the pool. I could not recommend this house enough, a true home from home and some!

Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gepflegtes Haus und jede Menge Platz für eine große Gruppe!

Die Villa ist ein Traum und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Outdoor Küche war das Highlight des Urlaubs. Hier kann den ganzen Tag gekocht, gegessen, gespielt werden und man hat das Pool und den Garten im Blick. Super: es ist alles doppelt ausgestattet in den beiden Küchen, sodass man nie hin- und herwechseln muss. Davor hat alles getan um unseren Aufenthalt möglichst angenehm zu gestalten. Er war immer erreichbar und hat unsere Fragen ausführlich beantwortet. Seine Frau Vesna hat uns herrliche Süßigkeiten gebacken. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Danke für diese tolle Woche in deiner Villa Lipa! Ein herausragender Gastgeber ! Vom Empfang bis zum Schluss. Davor stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung egal welche Frage oder Anliegen wir hatten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt ! Die Ausstattung war super, und das Sommerhaus ein richtiger Traum. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Jederzeit wieder!

Die im rustikalen Stil gehaltene Villa liegt etwas abseits der Strasse. Sie hat einen riesigen Garten (nicht nur für unseren Hund perfekt) mit einem sehr schönen Pool. Direkt angrenzend befindet sich die rustikale, komplett eingereichte, große Außenküche inkl. 2 Kühlschränken, Geschirrspüler, Holzkohlegrill, Pizzaholzofen, großer Tisch, ... . Hier spielt sich eigentlich das komplette Leben ab. Die Villa ist mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Davor und Vesna sind ausgezeichnete Vermieter. Von der ersten Minute an hat Davor uns bei einem guten Glas Wein mit allen nötigen Infos zur Villa und Umgebung versorgt. Der Service war hervorragend. Selbst als unser Sohn einen kleinen Autounfall hatte war Davor direkt vor Ort und hat bei den Formalitäten geholfen. Davor hierfür nochmals besten Dank. Nicht zu vergessen ist der gut ausgestattete Weinkeller :-).

Odlično!

Wonderful property for a family getaway! We had two families staying together with toddlers and place was just perfect both for little ones and the parents as well. House is well equipped with anything we needed and hosts were extremely pleasant and helpful. We’d gladly come back!
