Comprising of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed), dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, (100 lt), electric oven, electric kettle, toaster, espresso machine, squeezer coffee machine, fruit juicer, magic wand, blender, mixer, ironing board and iron) and bathroom with bathtub, heating and hairdryer.
The house has to have two heating oil, drying and springs.
It also has bed linen and towels as well as beach towels and umbrellas.

Access to tvcabo and free Wi-Fi.

For stay longer than 5 nights, it offers Reception Kit 'Welcome' (composed of foodstuffs such as bread, crackers, juice, milk, water, etc.).

Had a great stay in Cascais. Mario was a brilliant host. Went out of his way to show us around the area and even got me a parking space when there was a big concert on in town and no parking spaces left anywhere. Great central location in town.

A lovely break in a lovely spot.

The owner is a fantastic host, communication was excellent, and his knowledge of the area was amazing. The location of the accommodation is a few minutes walk from bars, shops, and restaurants, but it's still a quiet spot. Very clean accommodation and a perfect spot from which to explore. Will come back if our son plays in the Ibercup next year.

Short stay

We stayed 3 nights and it was a wonderful location and Mario is great. My only complaint was there was no air conditioning and we were there in the middle of a heat wave with 100 degree temps. There were fans in the flat which helped a lot. I would stay again - when not so hot!!

Perfect welcome to Portugal

Location, location, location! Comfortable, quiet, close to everything. Easy to reach my car. We were stuck in Paris and lost out on 2 days. We managed to get a flight out and got to Cascais at almost midnight. Our host Mario was there waiting. Showed us home, how things work & showed me around the town, even made sure I knew how to get back. He made it a point to show up upon checkout too. Amazing home, incredible location and exceptional host! Thank you Mario.

Outstanding apartment!

Everything about this apartment is perfect! The location is ideal (quite, yet very close to the center), the layout provides ample space for a family, it was the cleanest rental I have ever seen, and well stocked. Mario waited for our late arrival and was very responsive to all communication. This apartment is an excellent value - it is well worth renting!

Wonderful! Close to every amenity you need!

Firstly, Mario was an amazing host. He took the time to take a walk around and give us an idea of the area and gave us tips on how to visit Sintra, and surrounding areas. The place was clean and fully prepared with anything you may need to feel comfortable. I would return and book this place again, it’s proximity to beaches, the main streets, food experiences is excellent without compromising a peaceful retreat. It’s well situated and convenient for a trip to Cascais!

We had a fantastic stay in this charming, clean, and perfectly located 2 bedroom! Mario was a great host- communicative, friendly, and accommodating. The kitchen was well appointed (though we didn't use it) and the apartment is exactly as described. The pics actually make it look smaller than it is- it is quite spacious! The restaurants nearby were amazing and it is also very close to the beaches and the center of everything. Would return in a heartbeart!

Great getaway spot

This is a really nice property in the heart of Cascais, it worked perfectly for our holiday. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need to cook for the week, and the fridge and freezer was big enough to hold a proper amount of food for the 3 of us. Mario made the check in process a breeze and was easy to contact when we had questions. The rooms were big and had lots of natural light. We really appreciated the beach towels and other beach gear that is at the property. I would recommend this space to anyone looking to stay in Cascais!

Amazing!

What an amazing stay we had at Mario’s apartment. From his friendly welcome to the perfect location, we had the most wonderful stay. I highly recommend this property for families. Mario has thought of everyone. Beach towels, beach toys, cooler bags. You name it, he has thought of it. The property is in a perfect location just minutes from the beach but far enough away that it is generally quiet. Could not recommend highly enough! Thank you Mario for helping us having the best start to our 8 week Euro adventure!

Amazing host

Unfortunately our stay was due to a family emergency in Portugal. Sr. Mario was always available and offered us help which was greatly appreciated as we were not familiar with the procedures in Portugal. This was beyond a host’s responsibility or obligation. Apartment is in a great location and very well stocked with what we needed during our two week stay. I will definitely stay there again. A host with a heart of gold!
