The house is located in Pézenas, a lovely town in SW France with all amenities, a beautiful historic centre, artists, cafes and restaurants. It is surrounded by Languedoc vineyards and within a half hour drive to the Mediterranean seaside. Hiking trails, cycling, markets, good weather and a relaxed pace of life make this a wonderful place to spend time. Easy access to historic sites and activities in Carcassone, Pont du Gard, Montpellier, Narbonne. The house is perfect for four people either as two couples or as a family.
This is a typical village house, built between 1650 and 1850 in Pézenas. The house is on a quiet street two blocks from the medieval centre of town. Parking is available nearby and you can easily walk to all shops. There are bedrooms on the two top floors. The master suite on one floor has its own washroom/wc, and the double bedroom and single bedroom on the next floor up have their own washroom/wc. Open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas - bright and comfortable.
