Welcome to our modern two-story country villa located near Tar, Croatia. The property features a 72 m² (12x6) private pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, perfect for relaxing and cooling off on hot summer days. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped modern kitchen with a central island, opening onto a bright and comfortable living area with sofas and armchairs. The living room also includes a sofa bed for two additional guests. From the living area, you can access a covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing. The second floor offers three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one bedroom with a trundle bed (two single beds, one of which slides out from under the other), plus a bathroom, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Outside, a covered terrace with a dining table and garden furniture provides the perfect setting for enjoying meals in the fresh air. For barbecue lovers, there’s a dedicated area with a modern grill. The villa also includes private parking.
