Traumhaft

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub!! Die Villa ist exakt wie auf den Fotos. Luxus pur! Sehr geräumig, wir hatten als fünfköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Und falls doch was fehlt oder nicht funktioniert kann man jederzeit Bruno anrufen. Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mensch, vielen Dank! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war auch stets freundlich. Vielen lieben Dank für diese tolle Zeit!!

Tolles Haus mit sehr freundlicher Vermieterin

Das Haus entsprach voll umfänglich den Bildern und hält, was es verspricht. Es ist super sauber, geräumig und schön eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 6-8 Personen. Wir waren zu siebt dort und konnten unter Ausnutzung der Schlafcouch unseren Aufenthalt genießen. Der Pool ist groß und angenehm und wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Lediglich das WLAN hat ab und an seine Probleme. Aber auch hier bot die Vermieterin schnelle Tipps und Unterstützung an. Das Haus bietet eine sehr gute Ausgangssituation für Ausflüge in sämtliche Städte in Istrien. Besonders empfehlenswert sind hier Poreč, Rovinj und Motovun. Der Strand ist nicht fußläufig erreichbar und liegt in einem großen Campingplatz. Fußläufig zu erreichen ist aber eine sehr nette kleine Bäckerei mit hervorragenden Croissants und ein kleiner Obst- und Gemüsestand, an dem aus eigenem Anbau verkauft wird. Sehr lecker und sehr freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die aktuelle bauliche Situation drumherum. Das Haus selber und die Nachbarhäuser sind baugleich und komplett fertig gestellt. Direkt gegenüber entstehen aber neue Häuser, was zumindest in diesem Jahr den Ausblick auf Rohbau „ermöglichte“. Auch in der Umgebung wird viel gebaut, so dass mit Baulärm gerechnet werden muss. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin. Die Kommunikation war mit ihr zu jederzeit sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung.

Superbe villa sur la côte Istrienne

La villa San Marie est très moderne et ultra-équipée. La piscine est très agréable, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est particulièrement confortable. En outre, le contact avec l'hébergeur fut facile. Celui-ci s'est montré prévenant et à l'écoute. Bref, nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit 2 Familien in dem schönen Haus. Es ist genauso wie auf den Fotos. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden. Kaffeeautomat, Eiswürfelmaschine usw. Der Pool sowie der Whirlpool sind super und werden alle paar Tage von Bruno auf Sauberkeit und Chlor geprüft. Toller Service. Bäcker ist fußläufig zu erreichen . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Supermarkt im Ort. Beschrieben ist das Haus für 8 Personen. Allerdings gibt es nur 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Diese waren übrigens sehr bequem. Auch die Stühle waren auf 6 Personen ausgestattet.Für die 7. Und 8. Person ist ein Sofa im Wohnzimmer vorgesehen. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Traumurlaub

Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Es ist alles da was man braucht, sogar ein Kaffeevollautomat und eine Eiswürfelmaschine. Alles ist in einem Top Zustand. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dieses Haus buchen. Vor Ort ist ein deutschsprachiger Hausverwalter der sich ganz lieb um alle Velange kümmert und immer erreichbar ist. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen werden gepflegt. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu meckern !

Schöne, gepflegte Villa in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser perfekten Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Highlights sind auf jedenfall der Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna. Die Villa liegt am Rande von Tar. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Man kann sich perfekt erholen.

Wunderschönes Haus in einem netten kleinen Ort

Das Haus mit Pool und Whirlpool war wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Grundstücksverwalter war sehr gut und äußerst sympathisch. Ein Aufenthalt in dieser Villa ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Grandiose Wohlfühlvilla

Nach unseren wunderbaren 2 Wochen in der schönen Villa San Marie kann ich nur sagen ... jederzeit wieder! Es passte ALLES ,- die Villa ist genau so schön wie auf den Bildern! Live natürlich noch viel cooler. Man kann nur sagen Daumen hoch! Das Haus .- die einfache Buchung,- die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und der Hausverwaltung war spitze. Zur Lage im Dorf ,- alles fussläufig erreichbar ,- Bäckerei,- Metzgerei,- Geldautomat,- vers. Kneipen ,- Restauraunt. Es gibt auch zwei Fahrräder. Zu den 2 Supermärkten gelangt man mit dem Auto in 2 min. Ansonsten der Besuch auf dem Campingplatz Lanterna und der verschiedenen Buchten,-ein Erlebnis. Vielen Dank für den einfachen Check-out Bruno und vielen Dank dem Eigentümer Herr Bulacij nicht nur für die Drinks ... lach

einfach nur schön

Also wir waren zu dritt mit unserem Hund in Urlaub hier. Das Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung, der Pool super toll. Auch den Yakuzi haben wir genutzt. Einfach Entspannung pur. Alles sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist klasse, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank und hoffe auf ein Wiedersehen im nächsten Sommer!!

Tolles Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem wirklich tollen Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi sind toll und die Betreuung vor Ort wirklich spitze. Bei jeder Frage wurde geholfen und Check-In & Out waren sehr flexibel. Danke für eine wunderschöne Kroatien-Woche!

Traumhaft schön

Wir hatten in der Villa einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Gebäude ist sehr geplegt und top in Schuss! Die Inserierten Fotos sind nicht bearbeitet und es sieht vor Ort Genauso aus, was mittlerweile ja leider nicht mehr standart ist. Unsere Hausverwaltung war während des gesamten Urlaubs Hervoragend und sehr zuvorkommend. Unser nächtes Aufenthalt in Kroatien wird definitiv wieder in dieser Villa stattfinden.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage in der Villa San Marie verbracht. Das Haus ist neu und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Highlight sind Sauna und Whirlpool, so dass auch kühlere Tage entspannt genossen werden können.

Urlaub zu 8 iim tollen Haus

Uns hat einfach alles super gefallen. Die hochwertige geschmackvolle Ausstattung des Ferienhauses. Der tolle Garten und die gesamte Anlage. Der große Pool und der Whirlpool waren tolle Highlights. Das Haus ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern ausgestattet und für die 7. und 8. Person gibt es eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. In der Küche gibt es eine Eiswürfelmaschine, die ständig im Betrieb war. Bei Fragen gab es sehr schnelle Antworten durch den Vermieter. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Einfach unfassbar, super Lage, super Vermieter und tolle Villa

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa in Tar war einfach toll und für diesen Preis unschlagbar. Wir wurden herzhaft willkommen, die Villa ist mehr als modern und unglaublich sauber. Die Villa ist mit einem tollen Pool, einer modernen Sauna und einem Jacuzzi ausgestattet. Ich würde die Villa wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen und auch liebend gerne wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter und an sein Team.

Meine Erwartungen übertroffen

Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen, wahnsinnig schöne Villa, sehr gepflegt und modern. Da sie etwas abgeschiedener liegt, kann man wunderbar die Ruhe im Whirlpool oder in der Sauna genießen. Die Ansprechpartner sind mega nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten zu 7. in dem Haus einen riesigen Spaß. Man sollte auf jeden Fall mit dem Auto reisen, da die Infrastruktur dort eher unvorteilhaft für Fußgänger ist. Ansonsten hat das Grundstück meine Erwartungen übertroffen. LG.
