Das Appartement wurde mit 2 Schlafzimmer angegeben, es gibt aber nur eins. Es war nicht wirklich sauber, es war immer leicht feucht in den Räumen, da man sich eigentlich im ehemaligen Keller befindet. Mit dem Fahrstuhl geht es in -3. Kein Schrank für die Kleidung, ebenso keine Möglichkeit die Koffer aus dem Weg zu nehmen. Das Schlafzimmer ist dafür zu klein, ebenso der Raum mit der Schlafcouch. 69qm würde ich auch in Frage stellen. Die Küchenschränke sind sehr hoch, man kam kaum und gar nicht ans Geschirr. Die Spiegel im Bad waren auch sehr hoch ich bin 170 cm groß. Kein Licht über dem Spiegel, also zum Schminken nicht zu gebrauchen. Kein Ganzkörperspiegel. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind sehr unbequem und teilweise durchgesessen. In dem Hof halten sich viele Tauben auf, somit ist der Tisch, die Stühle und natürlich die Terrasse ständig mit Taubenkot verschmutzt. Es gibt auch keine Liegen oder sonstiges auf dem Kunstrasen, um dort zu verweilen. Wenn man sich dort aufhielt waren kaum bis keine Tauben zu sehen. Für ein verlängertes Wochenende ist es sicher auszuhalten. Die Lage ist phantastisch. Unglaublich zentral und alles super schnell zu erreichen. Bus und Bahn oder Straßenbahn gleich in der Nähe und das Appartement ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Außer von dem darüber liegenden Appartement (keine Trittschalldämmung) ist es sehr ruhig. Ich würde es trotzdem nicht noch einmal buchen, auch wenn ich nur ein Schlafzimmer wollte und nur ein WE.
