This cozy, non-smoking apartment offers approximately 35 square meters of living space, comfortably accommodating up to four people. It features a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an open-plan kitchen/living area with a sofa bed (1.40 m sleeping area) and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: high-quality Bosch appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster are all provided – ideal for self-catering.

The modern bathroom has a shower and toilet. A private parking space directly behind the building and a lockable bicycle storage room complete the amenities. For families, we are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot free of charge upon request. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
