The Master Suite with balcony access has a fireplace, private bathroom with 2 sinks, separate walk-in shower, deep jetted whirlpool tub, walk-in closet, vanity mirror, and hairdryer. The King in the master bedroom is a Sleep Number Smart Bed. Bring your Sleep Number with you or discover it here for exciting days and peaceful night's sleep. The Chef's Kitchen has upgraded cabinets, granite counters, and walk-in pantry. It is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses, cookware, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, spices, toaster, crockpot, blender, waffle maker, wok, roasting pans, electric skillet, oven, stovetop, and microwave. The kitchen area seats 8 with additional seating in the bar room. Also included are linens and towels, beach chairs, umbrella, tent, wagon, boards, toys, games, and books. The home has 5 large screen TVs, LG washer and dryer, iron, laundry tub sink, and drying rack. Walk-in, designer closets are in the pantry and all bedrooms for extra storage. Kid-friendly home with an adjustable high chair, playpen, and beach toys.

Located at the highly desirable Sanibel Condominium, our new pool deck is the largest in the area, providing an abundance of sun/shade options, seats/lounge chairs, umbrellas, and end/picnic tables - all with extraordinary ocean views. Our amenities include oceanfront beach access, a exercise room, underground gated parking, and clubhouse with billiard room, card tables, full kitchen, grilling area, picnic table, and a private beachfront extra large heated pool and new hot tub.

The Sanibel is privately owned (not a public hotel). It is clean, safe, well maintained, and in excellent condition.

We had a great time at Sanibrl 303. The condo is very nice, great space for all of us. Loved that the condo has beach towels and a few coolers in the pantry. The beach chairs were a big plus as well!

We had an amazing time during our week-long stay at the Sanibel. The accommodations were perfect-clean, comfortable and well appointed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. MaryAnn was incredibly attentive and polite, making sure our stay went smoothly from start to finish. We also really enjoyed the buildings amenities, especially the beautiful new pool and hot tub, which added an extra level of relaxation to our trip. One of the highlights for us, was starting each day with coffee on the balcony, overlooking the ocean-perfect for watching the sunrise. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would happily return.

We had never been to this area of Florida and really lucked out finding this condo! Extremely clean with tons of space and very well setup by the owner, MaryAnn. Right on the beach and super close to restaurants and other shopping. MaryAnn was great to work with and very responsive. It was a great experience for our family of 5.

Another great week at Sanibel 303

We stayed here last year and couldn't wait to come back this year. The condo has everything we needed. We cooked every day, since we didn't feel comfortable eating out, so the kitchen and extra appliances were wonderful. The weather was fantastic and we enjoyed the beach and pool. It was great watching the dolphins from the balcony.

The Room is beautifully decorated along with a terrific balcony that has great lounge furniture. The kitchen? Fantastic! The owner has provided everything a beach goer needs in garage! Overall the whole facility and the guest who stay are a welcoming experience!

Great luxurious condo

This is the most luxurious condo we have stayed in at Daytona Beach Shores. Maryann has taken great care with all of the details. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful. And of course, the views of the ocean were breathtaking. We needed to contact Maryann, and she was quick in her response and solved the problem. We hope to stay in Sanibel 303 again in the future.

Everything was perfectly detailed. From the blanket for the balcony on cool evenings to the round ball ice maker for drinks. The balcony was simply gorgeous in the evenings looking at stars or watching the sunrise in the mornings. Only one problem we didn’t have enough time to enjoy everything there was to do there.

Classy Well Equipped Stay

This rental had such a classy look extremely beautiful, neat and comfortable. It has every amenity you could need to make your stay enjoyable. Plenty of space, and a beautiful view of the ocean. Family oriented, beautiful condo!

Everything about our experience in renting and staying at Mary Ann’s condo was exceptional. Mary Ann was quick to respond on every inquiry. As the owner of this rental she has gone above and beyond to think of everything you will need for your stay. Her condo is beautiful, well cared for, and you will want to spend hours on her balcony relaxing and enjoying the view and sound of the ocean on her gorgeous patio furniture. If you are looking at the pictures and description of this home, then rest assured, it is maybe even better than advertised. What a great place to enjoy the beach and area. Nothing I could add in addtion to MaryAnn's excellent overview of all the amenities it offers. Two couples from Minnesota could not have asked for a better getaway. Great location far enough away from town, that even during bike week, was quiet and not too busy. We enjoyed renting e-bikes and cruising the beach, good restaraunts (try the Royal Red Shrimp at Crabby Joe's), and golfing nearby. Thank You MaryAnn!!

Heaven at the Beach

This is truly a one of a kind beautiful condo on the beach. We began each day with a cup of coffee sitting on the comfy balcony furniture watching the sun rise over the ocean as the dolphins danced in the waves. The beach beckoned for a relaxing day of sun, listening to the waves wash the shore. The well equipped kitchen made dinner and other meal preparation a joy. A glass of wine on the balcony as day ended was the perfect end to the day. We were truly blessed that Mary Ann shared her beautiful condo with us !!!

Exceeded My Expectations

This property exceeded my expectation. For potential clients note that as of 1/1/2024 the pool and hot tub appear to be at least 1 year away from being completed. I loved everything about the unit itself. The pictures did not do this unit justice and it was so much nicer in person. The rooms were huge, the quality was exceptional, the hosts were always on top of everything and the view of the beach from the balcony was perfect.

Our16th anniversary/birthday vacation

We were able to see 2 rocket launches from our balcony. We never cooked anything in kitchen, even though it had everything you needed. We picked some of the best diners to eat. The pool and hot tub not being finished was a major disappointment to me even though beach was a few steps away. The time went by way too fast and weather was great. We were celebrating our anniversary and both of our 60th birthdays. Anyone staying here will for not be disappointed.
