Located on the first floor, just 800 mt from the beach and 200 mt from the center (Viale dei Pini), this unit can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. It features a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a one-and-a-half sized bunk bed, a living room with kitchenette and sofa, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony.
On the balcony, there is a barbecue available for guests. Charcoal and any necessary equipment are not provided. If guests wish to use it, they need to bring their own supplies.
