Zenobia is a Georgian townhouse with a sitting room featuring an open fire and Smart TV, a second lounge, and a kitchen/diner with two ovens, hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and toaster. The bedrooms include a king-size, a double, and two bunk rooms, served by a bathroom with bath, shower over, twin basins, WC and Juliette balcony. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden and multi-level rear garden with steep steps, seating and sea views. On-street parking for one or two cars, plus nearby public parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Zenobia is a scenic base for exploring New Quay and Cardigan Bay. Note: Steep stone steps leading up to rear garden, please take care. Note there is a good housekeeping bond of 450 GBP on this property
