Short trip

Good spot; good value

We would definitely return; Good spot and good value; clothes dryer not working; lacking sufficient kitchenware; mgmt co difficult to contact/communicate with at times…when we did reach a human they generally were helpful. Despite the few items I mentioned, we were overall satisfied.

Brisbane Tower

PLUSES: location is great and views are amazing. MINUSES: unless you’re eating out or ordering in food, this place isn’t fully equipped for making meals (only 3-4 of most dishware, cookware, etc. forcing us to do dishes after every use and making the dishwasher irrelevant; also missing some important kitchen tools like lifter spatula when using frying pan). OVERALL: if you’re not using the kitchen this place is great.

Nice apartment, but kitchen utensils very minimal

Nice apartment, but very little kitchen stuff. They leave you 4 take out salt & pepper. 3 one use dish soap and 3 one use laundry soap. 3 pots of coffee. No flipper to use with eggs, no bowls to make a salad in. Nice apartment if you eat out all the time. Great views of the harbour. Easy walk to restaurants.

Check in was strange. Have to pick up keys from a shop around the corner. But the apartment is perfect . The bed was comfy as was the sofa. views were amazing. Everything you would need for a stay is there. We did have an issue with the air con keep turning off. But the stay was just fantastic. Highly rate and would stay again. Easy walking to restaurants and Queen street shopping.

Great Location and great View

Amazing apartment with a great view, right in the heart of Brisbane. Easy walking to all that the CBD has to offer and of course the restaurants along the riverwalk. Large apartment however, we had an issue with the dryer but luckily management was able to replace the dryer for us the next day - great service!The only annoying thing was the check in process. All my details were given at the time of booking and then again on line two days prior to arrival - including photos of my license etc. Then we had to go through the whole process again on check in - seemed a bit unnecessary.

Fantastic Location and Views

Had a fantastic 2 week stay in the SkyTower. The views are so good we never closed the blinds. Walking distance to most places but Uber is only a few minutes wait if you need to go further. The key pickup process was different to what I am used to but nice and smooth, you have to collect from a little shop round the corner with a code. The oven didn't work which i did report on email but didn't get a response but in the end we ate out all the time anyway so no big deal. I think it was just a faulty door switch. The little coffee shop downstairs was great in the morning as well as the Raw Energy café for breakfast. 100% I will be staying again if there is availability when I next come to Brisbane.

Very nice

Location and apartment were very nice. Check in process was abit weird and you should probably state that you have to sign the pass out with the ezy mart attendant. Finding the car park was very difficult and confusing (more photos of car park itself and the location would be helpful). The arrangement of the apartment was quite inconvenient with the table in the middle of the way (we ended up moving the table just to be able to get around the apartment easy). The bed frame is very noisy and doesn’t match the rest of the apartment. A welcome and house rules/departure instructions would also be nice to have a hard copy and we were constantly having to refer back to one mobile to find them. Other then those few things the apartment was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.
