Perfect location to stay for Suncorp, easy 100m walk for food shopping or public transport into city. For us, this was what we rated highly when looking for accommodation and found this place. Accommodation was no frills (nothing matches: plates, cups, chairs, towels, furnishings etc), but it was comfortable and clean. Didn't do any cooking so can't comment on kitchen facilities. Hot water was good for showers. We loved the pool table. Leroy was a great host. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Check in and out were super easy.

It was great. We were close to suncorp stadium where we needed to be. Shopping centre o ly a block away with restaurants and supermarkets. Would stay again if i needed to be in the city.

Wonderful stay

Leroy was an excellent host and we enjoyed our stay very much. The property has restaurants and a supermarket close by. Tip: For something different yet delicious, try the Bhutanese restaurant, next to the Sola cafe

Family friendly and relaxing

Fabulous to have separate rooms for family members. Location quiet and restful. Walking distance to great Indian restaurant and cafes. Other shops and facilities closeby.Thank you, Leroy, our host, so helpful and amenable.Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Happy

Was a lovely place to stay at. Leroy was full of knowledge and could answered all questions we needed. The place was clean and had plenty of room. I would say again there.

The placed smelled as mouldy. Dust everywhere. It was used as a storage of old furniture. We are allergic to dust mites and mould so we couldn’t sleep and ended up with a headache.

Leroy est un hôte très accueillant, très arrangeant, qui fait beaucoup d'efforts pour pallier les inévitables difficultés techniques que rencontrent les voyageurs d'un autre pays. Le chemin d'arrivée est très pentu, mais Leroy a proposé une rampe d'accès en bois pour pouvoir entrer le fauteuil roulant dans le logement malgré la marche du seuil.
