However, there are elderly neighbours who are highly sensitive about the sound of air compressor at night. We had a notice from the council regarding prohibited hours for using aircon in VIC. Monday to Friday before 7 am and after 11 pm. Weekends and public holidays before 9 am and after 11 pm. - During a heat health alert, you can use your air conditioner at any time. - We conduct regular service checks on aircon to improve performance and efficiency. - Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. Alternatively, we have extra blanks/duvets for guests for cold days. - This booking is protected with coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses, provided by Travel Support with claim upto 500 AUD (T&C Applies).
