Normally I don't have time for this and I believe everyone has their own take but here is mine. There was no communication at all. As soon as I arrived, I contacted the owner as I realized the front entrance door auto lock wasn't working but only got answered by some AI saying it was a auto matic lock meaning it'll lock after you close the door. Right 5 days 4 nights with all our personal belongings incl money, passports left unsafe when we were out. Should I need to share my say reg the Alfresco dining and gourmet kitchen? Don't let the pics fool you. Nothing but badly wear and tear outdoor furniture. No BBQ stove nothing and the outdoor swimining pool smells like urine. The photos of the kitchen are nice on the listing but empty drawers, shelves with unsafe cooking wares (pots, pans, fry plans handles loose etc) - one of the queen bed rooms with stained sheet looks like blood (i have photos just in case)
