Our location along the coastal road, halfway between Pisciotta and Palinuro, allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the Mediterranean countryside without giving up all the amenities right at your fingertips: bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a produce market, a bookshop, public and equipped beaches (in the summer), and, of course, a sea that will stay in your heart.

The Property
Located in a peaceful setting surrounded by greenery, the Brezza di Mare complex features five homes, all just a short walk from the sea: simply cross the coastal road to reach the beach. Centuries-old olive trees offer shade and relaxation, while the sea breeze cools the summer evenings. The spacious, well-maintained, and welcoming common area provides parking for each unit, allowing you to get around with ease. Each house is a peaceful retreat, perfect for those seeking a holiday centred around the sea and Mediterranean nature.

Guest Access
Libeccio guests will have access to:

• A parking space in the shared car park among the olive trees.

• Outdoor showers, surrounded by greenery, one of which is heated—ideal after a day at the beach.

• A private path down to the beach and a panoramic terrace with ocean views, perfect for breakfast, aperitifs, and evenings under the starry sky.

The entrance to Libeccio is through the small terrace, which serves as an outdoor dining area. Inside you’ll find:

• One double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds.
• A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
• Bathroom with bidet and shower stall.
