Right from our first enquiry to departure Arturo and the owners Lee and Mary were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Nothing was a problem and they helped as much as they could with my unusual questions.
The property is almost brand new, and tucked away about a 15min walk from the Main Street. Only downside is that the road has not been sealed yet, and it is a steep incline uphill so this property would not suit anyone with walking disabilities. You will earn those margaritas walking that hill each day! Haha
The property has a maintenance / security man who keeps things incredibly tidy and is available if we needed any assistance.
The slightly elevated position gives stunning sea and hill views of Cabo and the Bay Area.
The pool is right in front of the condo and it’s a quick walk down 1 flight of stairs to enjoy it. BBQ facilities are also on the pool deck level.
There is car parking for 2 cars.
The apartment itself is stunning, very modern with more than everything you need for a home away from home stay.
- Full laundry with washer and dryer plus all products provided
- Full kitchen with double fridge, ice maker, and all kitchen equipment
- Complimentary beer, condiments, pantry basics such as coffee, herbs and spices, oils etc
- Dining area with complimentary bottle of tequila and shot glasses to take come as a souvenir
- Lounge area has seating for 4. Our only comment here was that a corner chase would have been great so that 2 people could lay down on the couch. Lounge has a fan and air conditioning unit.
- TV was excellent with so many channels and all English
- Balcony was our favourite space, with comfy chairs and foot stools. Seating for 4 out there.
- 2 bedrooms, with the master sharing the balcony and sea views
- Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning and fans
- Master suite has good size walk in robe and en-suite with shower and toilet
- Guest bathroom has shower and toilet and both bathrooms have body wash, shampoo and conditioner supplied
The property exceeded our expectations and we would recommend this to anyone wanting a quieter option than a resort downtown.
Other things to note;
- Uber is now in Cabo which makes getting around much easier. The building number doesn’t correspond correctly with the map location so either use the pin drop or select the ‘condominiums libertad’ which does come up.
- Get a local SIM Telcel or AT&T $200MX will get 2.0 GB
