The check in process was very poor. I got sent the codes but nothing regarding what block we were in etc. I had to ring the number to find out what block we were in then realised I had only been given the front door code and not the code to the actual apartment door. It was all a bit of a mess and should be made a lot clearer. It took 45 mins to get in to the apartment which isn’t good enough.
