Enjoy our beautiful upscale 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house located in the center of the DFW metroplex. We are located within 20 minutes from the Dallas Cowboy Stadium, Ranger's Ballpark, Dallas Mavericks, Texas Motor Speedway, Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. We are centrally located between Dallas/Ft. Worth and minutes from the DFW Airport. The guest house has polished concrete floors thru out, granite counter tops, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom has a brand new king size bed with top of the line linens, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a very large walk in closet. This bedroom has a flat screen television with free wifi and a Smart TV so you can stream your favorite applications.
The living room has a large flat screen television with free wifi/Smart TV and a wood burning fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and service for four as well as microwave, coffee pot, toaster, etc. There is a full size washer and dryer located directly off of the kitchen.
For those who love the outdoors, this guest house has access to a beautiful landscaped backyard with a full-size private pool and a large covered outdoor area that includes a gas grill, a charcoal grill and a flat screen Smart television. We also have beautiful pool furniture with 4 full size layout chairs, a table with four chairs and umbrella and a three stool bar table. We have additional chairs if needed. Also included is a mini-refrigerator to keep your beverages cold. This area is perfect for those who enjoy watching sports, grilling and love being outdoors. The house is located directly across the street from the green belt that offers walking trails, fishing ponds and beautiful areas for picnicking. The guest house has a private fence surrounding the property with private parking in the driveway within the fenced area. We will provide you with a gate remote during your stay.

Great guest house

We go to Dallas to see the Cowboys play. We have stayed at this rental several time. It is beautiful and well kept. The host add touches like muffins and multiple personal care products. The host is great to communicate with and quick to repond. I highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful host, very gracious . An exceptionally clean home. The interior design was comfortable with lots of room. We wanted for nothing during our time there. I wouldn’t hesitate whatsoever to stay there again in the future.

Oasis- near Dallas

Our 5 night visit was marvelous, quiet, and convenient to surrounding POI. In addition, the cozy guest house was well appointed and stocked with essentials: Keurig, coffee pot, washer/dryer, plenty of hot water, and comfortable bed.

We have lived in the DFW area for over 20 years. We love to travel and have always used VRBO ourselves. I absolutely love hosting and I enjoy the opportunity to make our guests feel welcome and feel as if they are at a home away from home.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy the suburban feel yet love that we are so close to the major attractions in the Dallas area as well as the other surrounding areas such as Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Grapevine, The Colony. There is so much to do and so much to see. We are also located within a 15 minute drive to both DFW Airport and Dallas Love Field so it is very convenient.

What makes this property unique

Our guest house is very unique, very cozy and very private. It is decorated beautifully and meant to feel like a home away from home. It is privately managed by myself and I strive not to miss even the smallest detail. In addition, we have a beautiful outdoor area with a pool that is literally steps from the guest house door. I simply love hosting and truly enjoy providing a wonderful vacation spot for our guests. We respect our guests and as travelers ourselves, we try to provide exactly what we wish for when we travel. I am always searching for ways to ensure that our guests are very happy with their choice and that the their stay is personalized.
We also have a beautiful greenbelt area directly across the street from our house. This area has miles and miles of walking trails, ponds, and picnic areas.
