About this property

4 Bed in Haverfordwest (oc-s32615)

This coastal House is an excellent choice for families, friends, and walking groups wanting to explore the Pembrokeshire coastal path and countryside. Dale has a relaxed, end-of-the-road feel with calm waters for playing on the beach, watersports, crabbing, eating drinking or just watching the boats and the world go by, The inviting beaches of Westdale Bay 2miles and Marloes Sands 4 miles from the house, while Broad Haven (8 miles) is renowned as a great spot for a traditional seaside day. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is a popular attraction for avid ramblers, with rugged cliff top walks, big views and hidden coves. St David's (20 miles), the UK's smallest city, is ideal for a day of mooching around its galleries and beautiful Cathedral before popping into one of its many eateries for a Welsh rarebit and a pint.

Step through the back door into the utility room, where you can kick off sandy shoes and stash the buckets and spades. The shower room and WC is next door, so you can freshen up before settling down. Wander through to the kitchen, where there's plenty of space to cook, chat and pour a glass of something crisp and cool. It's got all the kit you could need to feed the troops, plus a round table for keeping the cook company or watching the birds in the garden. Next door, the dining room is perfect for gathering everyone for dinner or a late-night board game session. Also on the ground floor is a beautiful sunroom that opens up to the front garden to watch the comings and goings of the village. When it’s time for bed, slip into a slumber in one of the four nautically themed bedrooms. There is a double bedroom, twin room downstairs and a twin bedroom and king-size bedroom up stairs which feature further views of the sea and a Smart TV for leisurely breakfasts in bed . The light and welcoming lounge is located on the first floor and features views towards the sea. There's a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, shelves full of games and a fireplace with an electric fire for a cosy evening glow.. A refreshing family bathroom with a bath, shower, and WC completes the internal layout.

The garden is a multi-level sanctuary for balmy days and group socialising. Light the BBQ, eat together around the table, and challenge each other to a game of table tennis. A firepit with driftwood seating is ideal for stargazing and marshmallow toasting, while the upper tiers offer sea views, loungers and even a bar area with an icebox for chilled evening drinks. Kids will love the wild feel, bird feeders and space to explore (with supervision on the top tier). There's also a peaceful front garden with seating to catch the sunset over the village.
