Kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, stable door leading to courtyard. Dining table with four chairs and window facing the courtyard. Shower room with tiled walk-in shower, basin, WC.
Stairs lead up to the first floor with the two bedrooms and a convenient cloakroom. Master bedroom with 4'6" double bed, bedside units, built-in wardrobe, wash basin, window overlooking courtyard. Twin bedroom with two 3' single beds, bedside units and lovely sea views. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with table and four chairs. Parking is provided for a medium-sized car in the garage beneath the property.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Electric heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided, but no cot linen.
