From scenic reservoir walks at Usk Reservoir (9.5 miles) to unforgettable days out at the National Showcaves Centre for Wales or the Red Kite Feeding Station, there's something for every kind of explorer. Keen walkers can also tackle the spectacular Epynt Way, a 40 mile trail through some of the region's most ancient and dramatic landscapes.

Across the pebbled courtyard sits a striking oak-clad Studio, a serene hideaway sleeping up to four. With floor-to-ceiling windows, a king size bed, and a sofa bed, its ideal for teens, grandparents, or friends. Designed for true digital detox, the studio has no TV, encouraging guests to fully unwind and immerse themselves in nature. It also includes a shower room, walk in wardrobe, mini fridge and tea and coffee facilities.


Outside, the experience truly comes alive. Guests can roam 56 acres of private grounds, including woodlands and apple orchards. Enjoy alfresco meals in the courtyard, gather around the fire pit for evenings under the stars with the dark skies, or let children explore the enclosed playground with swings and a birds nest swing. A BBQ, picnic areas and relaxed garden seating make outdoor living effortless.
