Lovely peaceful retreat...

Little gem of a place, Perfect location on the creek. We have never been somewhere so quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the local walks and dog friendly pubs! Only critism, the outside space could just do with a spruce up to make it even better.

Little Petherick

As advertised. Could do with refreshing decor. Spiral staircase is certainly a workout. Unfortunately the village access was being resurfaced during our stay making access after 7pm difficult.

Great location, property needs work

Very tired and in need of updating. Handles falling off off draws, bulbs not working. Shower leaking. Batteries in remotes missing. Worst of all, there was a fly infestation in the small bedroom and dead flies on the floor. Location on the estuary is fantastic, shame the property didn't match up.

War früher mal sehr schön...

aber leider ist heute (April 2025) vieles defekt, nicht benutzbar, nicht gut erhalten. Agentin war aber super nett und hat blitzschnell geholfen. Leider riechen jetzt all unsere Sachen (Kleidung, Taschen, Schuhe, Rucksack, Gürtel, Kosmetikbeutel...) nach Schimmel. Aus der Kleidung kann man es rauswaschen. Aus Reisetaschen, Rucksack, Schuhen, Kunststoffgegenständen nicht. Sehr ärgerlich.
