A Gem of a lake home on Gorgeous Pike Lake 15 Minutes From The Duluth Harbor

Beautiful one level home on Pike Lake with all the amenities for boating, fishing, swimming and just hanging out and having a good time! This newer modern home, with a Mediterranean exterior has vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops with cherry wood cabinets in the kitchen. The two gas fireplaces offer a warm, cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the warmth of the homes radiant floor heat.
The rental includes a Sauna with direct access to a 30X40 two tier deck overlooking the lake and beach. There are also two additional sliding glass doors to help access the deck and grill. A paddle boat , two kayaks and canoe are available along with life jackets, free of charge as part of your stay. Watch the morning sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck or relax in the "cabin room" with a warm fire while you read, watch tv or just "veg" with friends and family.

Enhance your stay around the fire pit or enjoy a group dinner on the deck, with two tables and plenty of chairs for all.
Our home is centrally located and is in close proximity to all bike trails in and around the area. We are 13 miles from Spirit Mountain, 15 miles from the beautiful North Shore,14 miles from the shops in Canal Park and 9 miles from the Miller Hill Mall.

Christmas in July!

The location is superb and the home is gorgeous! We loved easily accessing the lake and all its activities! The deck was spacious and so inviting that we ate many meals outside.

Wonderful home to stay at. Nice communication with hosts. Clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Eloquently decorated. Room for our group of 7 gals. Great deck to enjoy the lake view and eat our meals. Loved watching the hummingbirds and loons. May be a little tough for some to navigate the stone steps down to the lake.

Our son got married at Pike Lake golf venue. It was about 2 minutes away. Could see it from our deck. Lots of fun! Beautiful home and really nice owner's. Highly recommend this place. We will be back!

Fantastic stay

Had the most wonderful time with our family at this lakeside cabin. Greatly enjoyed the lake views and using the kayaks and canoe provided by the host as well as the fire pit in the evening. The house is a convenient drive from several attractions such as Duluth canal park and several parks. It is beautifully decorated, has a cozy atmosphere and a well stocked kitchen. Host was very helpful with directions and promptly addressed any issues.

Wonderful home with beautiful view

Wonderful long weekend stay for 2 families with kids. Paddle boat was a hit! Very spacious, nice property with a beautiful deck and view of the lake. Very nice, quiet lake - ideal for kayaking or paddle boating or fishing with kids. Ideal stay, very close to Duluth. We loved it - thank you Lori and Scott!

Grandma’s Marathon Stay

Close to mall drop off location. Sauna and lake to take advantage of after race. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep the night before the big race.

Scott was wonderful to work with. He went out of his way to gather information on fishing guides prior to our trip. His advice was spot on. We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit the Duluth area and stay at this great property again.

Best place in every way

We were in the area for a wedding and found this place as an incredible retreat from the hustle/bustle of the events. All the beautiful touches were appreciated. All upscale furniture and the views of the lake were just incredible. Hosts were very helpful with a couple of special requests, couldn't have been more helpful. Wish we had had the time to enjoy the water activities - but we'll be back. We all just loved the space and location.

Great House!

Enjoyed the house - it was beautiful and very comfortable. Some areas were very formal and made us a little nervous with all of the beautiful knickknacks and the white carpet. Worked out great for preparing all of our meals although had some struggles with the appliances. Fire places were a plus since the weather was cool. Loved the view of the lake and the "cabin" room. Had an issue with double booking but Scott was very accommodating and proposed some different options to meet our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home inside and out. Very quiet neighborhood. Sitting out on deck we enjoyed watching the ducks, people out on boats, and a few aircraft one afternoon. Highly recommend.

This home was fabulous! We had everything we needed to make our stay a breeze. Nice quiet location, kids loved fishing off the dock and paddle boat. Lake Stay

Beautiful home on Pike Lake that provides everything a group needs for a pleasant stay near Duluth. Quiet location, beautiful landscaping, hummingbird feeders continually visited by tiny visitors. Everyone in the group loves to stay here for our annual Duluth trip.
