This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse is situated on the popular Playa 1 complex in the centre of Los Alcazares. Its amazing location puts it central to the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants and is perfect for couples, families and small groups alike.
The townhouse has one double bedroom and one twin bedrooms. There is a main bathroom with bath and shower over, and the other bathroom has a shower, The townhouse boasts four terraces, one at the front of the property and one at the back on the ground floor, a small terrace off the main bedroom leading to the roof terrace. Air con and ceiling fans are throughout the townhouse. The full TV and film package and internet are also included.

Swimming pools, and sunbathing areas
As you are approaching the townhouse there is generous size outdoor terrace. Off the master bedroom is a smaller terrace area leading up to the roof terrace area.
The townhouse is in the Playa 1 complex, a lovely, spanish style resdencia with a communal pool in the centre. All you will need to do is take your own loungers for sunbathing, which will need to be removed at the end of the day (these are available for you to use within the townhouse).
Living space
The townhouse has an open plan living room and dining area. The living room has an air con unit. Off the living room is the kitchen which comes equipped , cooker, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The washing machine is situated in the cupboard on the rear ground floor terrace. The living room has 3 very comfortable sofas and a dining area. Internet and full IPTV is included.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the first floor is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom all bedrooms have air con units. There is a large bathroom also with a corner bath and shower over.
