THINGS TO KNOW



Please note that the two bedrooms on the ground floor have en-suite bathrooms but without toilets, which are located in another room on the same floor. The bedrooms on the first and second floors, however, both have en-suite bathrooms with toilets. The private-use pool is not heated and is closed during the winter period. The garage can accommodate two cars. Just a few meters from the villa, you can access the beautiful lakeside promenade that runs along the shore and connects the quaint villages of Cremia and Musso, where you will find charming cafés and traditional restaurants along the way. In addition, about 200 metres from the villa you will find a small beach and also worth noting is the Boat Museum, located nearby in Pianello del Lario.
