The checkin process was super easy. They sent a a step by step instruction guide complete with pictures and a video - zero guessing needed. That also included exactly how to get into Venice using the bus - and they gave the bus schedule. Very seamless. The room was clean and air conditioning was strong which was nice because it was 39 degrees while we were here. My only suggestion is that the listing didn’t say anything about shared bathroom and kitchen with 3 other rooms. However, these spaces were clean and we rarely saw the other guests so it was fine for the two days we stayed.
