Exceptionally beautiful architect-designed holiday home with whirlpool, sauna and activity room, located only 550 metres from one of Denmark’s best and most child-friendly beaches in Marielyst. This very well-equipped holiday home includes an activity room with a pool table, table football and a gaming console. In addition, there is a wood-burning stove, an air-to-air heat pump, free wireless internet and a TV with Chromecast for streaming your own services. The house is bright throughout and tastefully furnished in a modern and cosy style. The bright kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There are two good bathrooms with showers, one of which features a large whirlpool for 4–6 people and a sauna where you can spend many relaxing hours. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with single beds that can be pushed together to form double beds, as well as two extra sleeping places in the loft and a double sleeping option in the living room. A garden grill is available for lovely evenings, along with a lounge set placed under the covered terrace where you can relax even if the weather is not ideal. There is also a large terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers for sunbathing. Plenty of space for ball games, play and activities on the large plot, which also includes a football goal for football enthusiasts. Not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
