In the heart of the Pays d'Auge, in Normandy, better than a furnished apartment, this charming house of 65 m² completely renovated, classified 2 stars by Calvados Tourism, is located in Lisieux near the train station (32 rue de la gare) and downtown (all shops on foot: bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, post office, butcher, bar, grocery store, etc.).

The cottage can accommodate 6 people and includes:
- on the ground floor: a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), a lounge (2 sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player, books and board games), a separate toilet and a 25 m² terrace not overlooked with garden furniture, sun loungers and plancha.
- upstairs: two bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed, the other with 2 90 cm beds), one with a shower room and the other with a shower room. Beds made on arrival and all linens provided.

A great place near the center of everything.

Fred was an excellent host. He met me earlier than the check in time and gave me an great little tour of the property. When I had a small issue, he was prompt and extremely helpful to get a solution. I would recommend the property to anyone and would certainly stay there again.

Gîte très agréable

Maison bien placée dans Lisieux, facile de se garer et de tout faire à pieds. Rue un peu passante mais qui reste calme. La décoration est jolie et soignée, la literie propre et bonne, confort du mobilier est un plus, le patio agrandit la maison... Frederic est un hôte sympathique, à l'écoute et très réactif.

Très belle petite maison . Propriétaire a la disposition . Bonne literie , vaisselles a disposition . Le seul petit bémol c'est la douche est dans la chambre des enfants . Nous avons passer un très très bon séjour quand meme . Je le recommande vivement

geweldig fijn huis voor verblijf in Lisieux

Dit schattige huis is gelegen op 5 minuten lopen van het centrum van Lisieux, en 2 minuten lopen van het station. Het is een huis wat aan de buitenkant klein oogt, maar vanbinnen verbluffend ruim is. Een grote keuken met uitgebreide moderne inrichting, vaatwasser, wasmachine, ruime koel/vriescombinatie. Gezellige woonkamer aan de voorkant van het huis. Een ruime trap. boven twee zeer ruime slaapkamers. Het is gezellig, zeer schoon, zeer compleet. De wifi aansluiting werkt perfect. Syndicat díntiative is om de hoek, en men is daar erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De huiseigenaar madame Stéfanie Lautrou, is zeer vriendelijk, spreekt en schrijft vloeiend engels. De bedden waren gedekt, handoeken lagen klaar en ook het keukenlinnen was aanwezig. We hebben genoten van dit fijne huis, de mooie stad Lisieux en de geweldige omgeving van de pays d'auge. Zeker aan te raden voor een fijn verblijf in deze stad van Sainte Therese.

Nettes kleines Haus nahe Karmel

Der Aufenthalt in Lisieux hat uns sehr gefallen, das Haus hat alles, was man für einen kurzen oder längeren Ferienaufenthalt benötigt, auch eine Waschmaschine. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt, auch unsere zwei Kinder (7 und 10 Jahre). Da wir in Lisieux auf den Spuren der hl. Therese unterwegs waren, freuten wir uns sehr über die direkte Nähe des Karmels (eine Gehminute). Meine Frau und ich können das Haus wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Très jolie maison idéalement située

En vacances dans la région, nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette petite maison. Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec le centre-ville et la gare. N’ayant pas de voiture, le gîte est idéalement placé. La décoration est soignée et avec les premiers beaux jours nous avons apprécié la terrasse au calme. Nous avons eu à disposition tout ce que nous avions besoin même un lit pour notre petite fille. Merci également à Stéphanie pour son accueil convivial et pour tous les renseignements donnés. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.
