Charming country house in Normandy located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge in SAINT GERMAIN DE LIVET (14100), South Lisieux sector, direction Livarot in a pleasant and calm natural setting in the valley bottom and along the stream, in the middle of a plot trees of 500 m2 along the hiking trail to the Château de Saint Germain de Livet, a historic monument from the 15th century.

Pets welcome.

If you are looking for or appreciate the peace, quiet, Nature and animals, this house is made for you! For those who "distress" from too much calm, know that the nearest town and its shops are only 5 minutes away and the center of Lisieux 10 minutes. To discover the popular coast of Deauville-Trouville, it will take about 40 minutes.

Très agréable séjour au coeur de la nature

Très agréable séjour au coeur de la nature. L'acceuil de Magali est très sympatique. Jardin bien cloturé et suffisamment grand pour un grand chien. Terrasse au soleil pour le petit déjeuner. Moutons et renards en soirée sur la colline d'en face pour les amoureux de la nature.

Weekend à la campagneyu

Séjour très agréable au calme, avec un très grand jardin, le bruit du ruisseau pour s'endormir et la joie de voir les moutons au réveil sur la propriété d'en face. Grande Maison très fonctionnelle. Merci à Magali pour son accueil. La maison est bien située, à moins de 10 min de Lisieux et à 30 min de la mer.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.nous étions en famille avec notre chien. La maisob est agreaboe bien équipée avec un jardin spacieux clos avec un cours d eau sur la propriété qui a fait le bonheur de notre beauceron. Si vous cherchez le calme la verdure et le repos alors c est parfait pour vous

Great little cottage fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

Property is tradional and well presented. Big garden with stream to the rear. A bit out of the way and a good walk to local amenities. You do need a vehicle if more senior in years. The cottage is well equipped with masses of hot water. A good spot for peace and quiet. The owner is very accommodating and so friendly too. A little gem.

In the middle of nowhere

Het huis is heel aangenaam en in orde. De verhuurders zijn uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Om naar de kust (of water) te rijden moet men wel 40km rijden. Dat vond ik niet zo duidelijk op de site. Er was sprake van een rivier en die loopt inderdaad achter het huis, maar veel stelt dat niet voor. Kinderen kunnen daar niet in spelen of ontdekken.

Wunderschönes Landhaus , ruhig gelegen. Tolles kleines Schloss in der Nachbarschaft . Von hier kann man die ganze Normandie bestens erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit !

We would go back there again

Good size and very clean, two gardens either side of bungalow one ideal for dogs the other is a large garden but has quite a steep slope to stream great if you don’t have a mad runaround dog, very good fence and could lock outside gates. Sheep opposite good for watching from the garden. Very quite and peaceful.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans cette charmante maison, confortable et bien équipée, au calme, avec un beau jardin dans la campagne normande. Une vraie ressource. Magali a été à notre écoute. Cette maison n'est pas trop éloignée de la cote normande (50 mn en voiture) et reste proche des centres d"intérêts touristiques et culturels. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour

Casa acogedora ideal para visitar Normandía

La descripción de la casa se corresponde fielmente a la realidad. Se encuentra situada en una zona rural muy tranquila ideal para descansar. Está a pocos kilómetros de Lisieux donde hay supermercados, restaurantes, etc. El jardín es una maravilla, muy amplio y con barbacoa por lo que nuestros hijas lo han disfrutado mucho. Las habitaciones son amplias y los colchones muy cómodos. Además la propietaria fue muy agradable con nosotros y habla español.
