Charming country house in Normandy located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge in SAINT GERMAIN DE LIVET (14100), South Lisieux sector, direction Livarot in a pleasant and calm natural setting in the valley bottom and along the stream, in the middle of a plot trees of 500 m2 along the hiking trail to the Château de Saint Germain de Livet, a historic monument from the 15th century.

For those who "distress" from too much calm, know that the nearest town and its shops are only 5 minutes away and the center of Lisieux 10 minutes.
