The house is the old Cartouche du Manoir de la Porte
which has just been nicely converted into an atypical cottage and full of charm perfect for a family with children or 2 couples or a small band of good friends.


Housing includes:

1 living room with lounge area and Scandinavian wood stove, dining room table,
1 open kitchen equipped with everything you need,

1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can eventually be pushed together;

1 bathroom with large shower and toilet.

1 ladder of sucker leads to the mezzanine where is the 2nd room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
Note: Access to the mezzanine is not suitable for young children or seniors.


THE SITE

You are here in the heart of the Pays d'Auge just away from the tourist bustle of the Côte Fleurie but only 15 minutes from the beaches of TROUVILLE / DEAUVILLE and the pretty little port of HONFLEUR.


A FAVORITE

 15 years ago we fell in love with this beautiful ensemble of
3 old buildings, including "La Charetterie", built around the Manor in 1859, mud and half-timbering, typical of Norman architecture in Pays d'Auge. perfectly restored in the respect of their authenticity they constitute 3 charming gites totally separate, distributed in the park of the manor with hundred-year-old trees.

The 3 Houses are absolutely independent of each other. No vis a vis or promiscuity in the property. Each benefits from its own natural space with a naturally planted garden and flowers, garden furniture, barbecue ...

FOR THE HAPPINESS OF SMALL AND LARGE:

You enjoy a perfect intimacy but enjoy in complete freedom of the whole property, the meadows, the wood, the park with slide, trampoline and swing and of course the Tennis, for the happiness of young and old!

The natural environment preserved and closed allows to let the smallest evolve freely and safely.

To complete the decor, our animals also decorate the place: donkey, sheep, ponies, small border collie and our 2 cats are wonderful companions, not to mention our chickens for fresh eggs for breakfast in the morning.
All these animals are adorable and friendly with children!

- I can even cook a meal with little onions just for you, with fresh and local products, live from the kitchen garden to the plate ...
