Villa Asteria is a refined Santorinian retreat where traditional architecture and modern sophistication blend seamlessly, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury. Inspired by the island’s noble mansions, this residence stands out with its grand arches, ochre tones, and carefully preserved architectural details that pay homage to Santorini’s rich heritage. Situated in a tranquil setting overlooking the caldera, it offers panoramic views of the volcano, the Old Port, and the endless Aegean horizon.



Inside, Villa Asteria reveals a world of charm and elegance, with antique furnishings, family heirlooms, and artwork from around the world complemented by contemporary comforts. The layout extends over three levels connected by internal staircases and a charming balcony. Two spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms ensure a comfortable stay for up to four guests, while the open-plan living and dining area provides a warm, inviting space complete with a fireplace and smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and all modern appliances required for a seamless self-catering experience.



The highlight of the property is its expansive rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking views of the caldera and sea. Here, guests can unwind in the outdoor lounge or enjoy a soak in the Hot Tub, available daily between 10:00 and 22:00 (note: no hydromassage feature). The terrace becomes the perfect place to witness Santorini’s famous sunsets in complete privacy.



Daily housekeeping is provided between 11:00 and 14:00, with linens and towels changed every three days. Early replacement is available on request at an extra charge. Breakfast items are stocked in the fridge for guests’ convenience, with the option to upgrade to a Mediterranean-style brunch at €30 per person. Additional wellness, beauty, and personal care services are available on request for an extra fee, as are personalised island tours. Pets may be accepted upon request and with applicable charges.



Guests should note that air conditioning is available in the bedrooms only, access requires climbing approximately 25 steps, and public parking is located 200 metres away (subject to availability). A refundable security deposit may apply upon check-in, and government taxes are payable locally.
