The ground floor also has a beautifully equipped kitchen, with a conservatory-style breakfast area, alongside a wet room and a utility room with plenty of additional kitchen equipment. Upstairs, the first floor has two super-king-size bedrooms, each with a Victorian-era feature fireplace, plus a nautically themed twin bedroom, alongside a bathroom, a shower room and a snug with a Smart TV. Two further bedrooms are on the second floor, one twin and one en-suite king-size. Outside, the enclosed back courtyard is a charming spot for enjoying a drink in the evening. The gate opens onto a path which takes you down to the beach just 150 metres away.

The old fishing town of Sheringham has some wonderful places to eat and drink, with local activities including fishing, golf and lazing on the beach. The popular resort of Cromer and the secluded beach of Salthouse are just along the coast, with other attractions nearby including Muckleburgh Military Collection, Baconsthorpe Castle and Felbrigg Hall, all within 6 miles.
