Inside, the ground floor features a dining area with kitchenette and a double sofa bed, plus a private outdoor space for meals. A staircase with child safety gates leads to the first floor, which offers a double bedroom, a passage room with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with window and shower. The home includes a washing machine and air conditioning (check below). The beach in front has umbrellas and sunbeds for rent, while the free beach is 150 mt away. The nearby park offers sports courts, a playground, and walking/cycling paths.
