The house is located on the ground floor with independent access through the garden, is part of a nice residential complex - tourist called 'Residence Tamerici'e is about 50 mt. from the Adriatic Sea. The guest can enjoy, in addition to the private pool inside the residence, also of large beach area within walking distance in 3 minutes from home. The house 'has two beautiful gardens with a bbq outside table and chairs, on the south side of the garden is the exclusive parking very convenient for loading and unloading of luggage.

A perfect week in a wonderful place

Modern flat with everything you need for a family stay, nice beed rooms (also the one for the kids). 150 m to the beach, but the Highlight is definitely the great pool in the middle of the housing complex (suitabe for both kids and adults)

Ideale Unterkunft für Urlaub mit Kindern

In den zwei Wochen mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern (die noch mit im Bett der Eltern schlafen) sind alle meine Erwartungen erfüllt worden. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und in gutem Zustand, das Bad ist offensichtlich kürzlich renoviert worden; Geschirr, Besteck, Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. waren genügend vorhanden. Der Strand ist sauber und in kurzer Entfernung, die beiden Pools sind, wie die ganze Anlage, sehr gepflegt; im Vorgarten konnten die Kleinen gut spielen. Vermisst habe ich (Frühaufsteher) einen großen Sonnenschirm oder eine Markise über der Terrasse, denn morgens blendet und heizt dort die Sonne bereits sehr intensiv, ab Mittag gibt es aber Schatten.

Abbiamo trovato la casa che faceva per noi.

annuncio 6616449. La casa è perfetta per una famiglia con 2/3 figli. Noi siamo stati benissimo, abbiamo trovato cortesia, pulizia e poi la piscina è comodissima.... è davanti a a casa. La spiaggia è altrettanto comoda, in due minuti a piedi si arriva. E' larga ed il mare è pulito.

Uraub in Cavallino Treporti

Ferienwohnung sauber und ordentlich... Hunderte von Fernseh-Programmen, aber kein einziges deutsches, obwohl in der Anlage viele Deutsche Ferien machen. Urlaub ohne Fernsehen ist ok, aber nicht mal einen deutschsprachigen Radiosender, um Nachrichten zu hören, war schon schwierig. W-lan gibt es auch nicht in der ganzen Anlage, außer gegen Aufpreis. Schade.
