The apartment is located in Punta Sabbioni, just 5 minutes from the ferry to Venice and the islands of Burano, Murano and Torcello and one hour from Marco Polo Airport. The apartment, recently restored, has 2/4 beds, independent kitchen and bathroom. Satellite TV, large garden and car parking. At our guests' disposal free use of bicycles, with which you can visit the coast and the nearby northern lagoon go to the beach, located 2Km from the house, also reachable by free shuttle bus.
It is possible to rent bed linen and towels at the property (Euro 8.00 per person).

Small clean apartment

The apartment is small but very clean. Air condition is available but costs 5 extra per day. Towels and bet linen can be rented for 8 per person. The apartment is nearby the pier to venice and other loaction like Lido, Burrano, etc. The check-in was friendly and informative. A beach can be reached by foot or using bicyles, if available. We can recommend the apartment for short trip(s) to venice.

A Beach n city break in Venice with bikes

Lovely clean, spacious and comfortable property. Mattresses are firm and clean. Lots of appliances in kitchen, toastie maker, microwave and coffee percolator. Grateful for the space to relax after a day trudging Venice. It's beautiful but tiring in heat. V grateful for Aircon. A unit in bedroom and in lounge, quickly brings a chill to the air. It costs an extra €5 euros each a day to run. This plus the hire of sheets and towels can add to costs without realising. We used the Marco Polo private boats for our trip to Venice and back at €15pp return. The vaporetto is mostly hotter and more expensive but great option for a day to visit Venice and islands. Used the 12, 14 to get to Mourano which do their glass blowing demos before 3pm. Loved visiting the Arsnale and museum to see Venice's nautical history. Quiet and cool and great for lads who love sea of thieves.

Not the apartment from the pictures

The apartment was different to the one in the pictures. It was a similar style but was not at the front of the property with the ground floor balcony, and it was smaller. However, the bathroom was nice. There are many added costs, you have to pay for bed sheets (unbelievable!) and air con and towels. The apartment also has no basic amenities, such as oil or salt despite having places to store them. Communication with the host was slow. I appreciate the effort required when talking across languages but we often found messages left for hours and had to chase. Even when we reached venice and asked how to get to the apartment the message was left for over an hour and i had to chase it up. Then we waited outside the front of the property for nearly half an hour because the host would not answer the phone. Fundamentally, this is not a hotel and the pictures should be of the actual apartment you are staying in. If i knew we would be staying in the apartment we did, i would not have paid for this apartment. Then the additional costs were crazy. I would not stay here again, it is not what the pictures show.

Ruhige Lage, nicht weit vom Strand

Wir waren etwas irritiert, denn die Beschreibung des Objekts besagte, es sei eine neue Wohnung frisch renoviert. Wir haben ehrlich gesagt mit was anderem gerechnet. Auch die Bilder lassen es nicht so „altbacken“ aussehen, wie es in Wirklichkeit ist. Aber die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, sie hat uns eine Anreise mitten in der Nacht ermöglicht. Wir konnten Fahrräder kostenfrei bei ihr ausleihen, um an den Strand zu fahren. Mehrere Wohnungen sind im Haus, alle zur Vermietung. Wir hatten einen eigenen Aussenbereich mit Sitzgruppe und Sonnenschirm. Obwohl das Objekt nur durch eine Straße vom Meer/Hafen getrennt liegt, ist es nicht möglich auf das Wasser zu schauen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, kochen ist dort kein Problem. Es werden Restaurant- und Ausflugsempfehlungen gegeben ( kleiner Ordner in der Wohnung) oder auch Fragen zum neuen Eintrittsverfahren nach Venedig gegeben.

Das Appartement ist klein und fein 😎. Es liegt perfekt 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad die man kostenlos gestellt bekommt,zum Strand und 3 Minuten zu den Bootsanleger… Vermieterin ist sehr nett, die uns einige Tipps gegeben hat.. es war eine schöne Zeit .. gerne wieder 👍😎

Ideale Lage für Strand und Boot nach Venedig

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Uns haben der gepflegte Garten und die kostenlosen Leihfahrräder gefallen, mit denen man in wenigen Minuten am Bootsanleger sowie am Strand ist oder einfach etwas durchs Grüne oder zum nahegelegenen Supermarkt radeln kann.

Klein, aber fein - jederzeit wieder!

Wir, 2 Erw. und 2 Ki. (10 und 13 J.) haben in der FeWo 2 Nächte verbracht, um einen Abstecher nach Venedig zu machen. Die Fähren sind fußläufig 5 min entfernt - das Auto parkte auf dem Grundstück, so dass man sich die Kosten für den Fährparkplatz sparen konnte. Die Wohnung war klein, aber fein und für unsere Bedürfnisse genau richtig! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das Bad war schön geräumig und hell, das 4-Bett-Zimmer war durch Schiebetüren von Küche und Bad getrennt; man konnte abends noch in der Küche sitzen, ohne die Kinder beim Schlafen zu stören. Die Küche hatte eine Grundausstattung (Külschrank, Mikrowelle, Gasherd, kleiner Wasserkocher... - völlig ausreichend), jedes Fenster war mit Gazefenster und Jalousie ausgestattet, so dass man gegen Mücken, anderes einheimische Getier und Sonne am Morgen geschützt war. Die Terrasse hatte ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen und einen Wäscheständer. Der grundstückseigene Parkplatz und die Fahrradnutzung waren kostenlos. Zum Strand konnte man in 15 min zu Fuß spazieren oder 5 min mit dem Rad fahren. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und sprach sehr gut deutsch. Ein Infohefter zum Ort und den Abfahrzeiten der Fähren war ebenfalls vorhanden. Das naheliegende Restaurant "Ristorante Sotoriva" war preislich völlig im Rahmen und mega lecker - riesen Pizza, selbstgemachte Nudeln! FeWo und Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen!!! Jederzeit wieder!

Sympathisches kleines Appartment!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das zwei Zimmerappartment (Eßküche und Schlafzimmer mit vier Betten) ist sehr sauber und zweckmässig gefliesst; die Ausstattung ist gut, die An- und Abreise problemlos und sehr freundlich mit Hilfestellung und Tipps, die Abwicklung enbenfalls problemlos. Außerdem gibt es eine kleine Terrasse. Besonders toll sind die Insektengitter vor allen Fenstern, der Deckenventilar im Schlafzimmer ist ebenfalls lobend zu erwähnen, und es gibt fast alle deutsche Fernsehprogramme bzw. zum Switschen auch die italienischen. Zum Schiffsanleger nach Venedig läuft man ca. 7 Minuten. Für die Erkundung der Umgebung und zum Strand stehen kostenlos Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Das alles und die nette Atmosphäre hat uns überzeugt, wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank!

Super locatie voor een paar dagen Venetië

Deel van een vrijstaand huis, waarbij we gebruik gemaakt hebben van de tuin om te ontbijten. Vriendelijke gastvrouw die in het huis er naast woont en geod bereikbaar is indien nodig. Op 7 minuten lopen van de ferry naar San Marco, 20 minuten met de directe lijn of 40 minuten via Lido. In 20 minuten met de ferry naar Burano. Fietsen ter beschikking om boodschappen te doen in het dorp (2 -3 kilometer afstand). Voldoende restaurants in omgeving

Ideal für Badeurlaub in Kombination mit Venedigbesuch!

Das Quartier war wie beschrieben Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen und Bad mit Du/WC! Normaler Standard - völlig in Ordnung und ausreichend! Kleines Manko: Schränke rochen etwas muffig und manchmal hätte man sich eine Klimaanlage gewünscht. Großes Plus: Vermieterin Frau Marisa war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Im Außenbereich gab es eine Sitzgruppe und wir bekamen noch einen Klappsessel und eine Liege dazu. Als einmal von den bereitgestellten Fahrrädern keine mehr verfügbar waren, stellte sie uns sofort aus ihrer Garage zwei weitere hin. Die Räder waren keine Schmuckstücke, aber für die 2 km bis zum Strand oder abends in die Pizzeria völlig ausreichend. Spätnachmittags zu Fuss zur Fähre und dann nach Venedig oder die Inseln - das war ideal. Rückfahrt bis nach Mitternacht möglich. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen - Vielen Dank Liebe Frau Marissa! Eine kleine, schöne Oase

Es war schön an dem Ort. Die erreichbaren Strände sind auch sehr schön. Es besteht eine sehr gute Verbindung mit den Schiffen nach Venedig. So konnten wir die Stadt sehr bequem und oft besuchen und die Bienale sehen.
