The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, and both Espresso and filter coffee machines. A double bedroom (160cm bed) with Smart TV and en-suite shower room with WC also opens onto the terrace, and there is a separate shower room with WC on this level.

The lower ground floor, accessed by an external staircase, includes a sauna room, a home cinema with Smart TV, a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm beds that can be made as a double) with Smart TV, and a shower room with WC.
