Villa ‘‘Iris’’ is a two-storey luxury home and consists of 4 en-suite bedrooms, large living room with a fireplace, dining-room, open kitchen, loft, storage room, veranda and balcony.
Villa “Iris” benefits from its own private pools (separate for adults and children) and Jacuzzi.

Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning panoramic sea views, which covers the Ionian sea, Nidri village, Vlycho Bay and the islands (Scorpios of Onassis, Meganissi and Ithaca – Odysseus Island), furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.
The villa contains two double and two twin en-suite bedrooms, which is ideal for families, friends, couples who are looking for a relaxing holiday. The villa is located just five minutes (by car) from the beach. There are plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
The property is located in a mountainous region which is perfect for those who like walking and hiking.

Other Activities: Folklore Festival taking place every summer in the town of Lefkada. Annual sailing week takes place in Lefkada. There are daily cruses from Nidri to Scorpios Island and the nearby islands.

Villa Iris

Villa Iris is spacious and well maintained and provides comfortable accommodation for 8. It has very attractive outdoor space, great swimming pool and far reaching views of the bay of Nidri.

Two week stay here

The villa is traditional in decoration. Location is fantastic with far reaching views but literally five minutes from the shops, beach and town. The bathrooms could do with some updating showers heads moving with water pressure and show curtains not screens. The beds were very hard and uncomfortably so. The little details provided like detergent, fairy, dishwasher tabs and toilet rolls were appreciated. The villa has amazing outdoor seating areas with four different area to sit all offering shade. The natural trees on the main balcony offer a beating effect but do attract wildlife. There were a lots of wasps and hornets but the hosts were quick to add traps. Bug spray recommended. Island is beautiful.

Amalia Villas Lefkada

We had a wonderful time in villa Iris. This was our second holiday at Amalia Villas in Lefkada. First time we stayed at villa Olive. All of the Amalia villas have a wonderful view on the sea, lots of outside space for relaxing and eating and a fantastic pool, beside being very spacious inside as well and very well equipped with everything you might need. The owners, Marie and Nadia are very nice and always do everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Our holiday this year was just as nice as last time and we look forward to going back in the future.

Fantastic villa with a magnificent view

Fantastic villa with great location. The villa was much better than expected, according to pictures on Web. It was nice and clean, lovely outdoor areas and a beautiful pool with outstanding views! We especially liked that it was a bathroom attached to each bedroom, well suited for two families. The host were very sweet and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! We will gladly visit later.

magical holiday in lefkas

We had the most fabulous holiday and cant wait to go back next year. It was like being in a story book. the villa was beautifully positioned and you really felt like you were in someones home rather than a holiday rental. There is everything that you need for a perfect holiday.The pool and outside area were magnificent as was the view.Perfectly positioned to be near all things of interest in lefkas. the owners were just the nicest of people and couldnt do enough for you. fabulous magical place,

A wonderful holiday at Villa Iris on Lefkada

We had a magical time here during our seven-night stay in mid-August 2014. There were two families with 5 children under the age of twelve between us. The villa was beautifully appointed and enjoyed dramatic views over the olive groves and the sea. It was also spacious so that our large group had plenty of room to move. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with all manner of appliances - the washing machine was a gods send. The outdoor areas were very pleasant, with several different seating areas - the children in particular loved the infinity pool and the adults sitting in the outdoor seating area in the evening enjoying the view after the children had gone to sleep. Our hosts were very kind and helpful; we were greeted on the first night with a glass of tsipouro on the terrace! Perfect! We highly recommend this villa and would gladly go back!

Very beautiful place

The villa is beautiful and the view is exceptional and romantic. The pool is large, the gazebo comfortable, the kitchen modern and spacious, and the owners are friendly and helpful. The villa is located 5-10 minutes from the center of Nidri and, to be reached, a bumpy road must be traveled. Nidri is probably one of the most active cities of the island, such as entertainment and restaurants. It is in a central area of Lefkada and allows to reach all the beaches of the island without major difficulties.

This place is great. Recommended to everyone.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at these Villas. The 1st time we stayed at Villa Dahlia and the 2nd time we stayed at Villa Iris. Both villas were beautiful and very clean. The Villas are very similar, however Villa Iris is a little bigger, so depends how many people you go with. We were 2 families with little children. We all had a great time and the kids couldn't get enough of the pool. The view is amazing. We loved the island of Lefkada in general. Don't let the 1km of dirt road leading up to the houses to scare you. Once you get up there, the view alone will make you forget about the road. Overall, the Villas were great and i would recommend them with no hesitation.

Great place, Great time, Great People

We had a wonderful seven-day vacation in Iris Villa. The Iris Villa is a really nice place with very beautiful overview, friendly staff, swimming-pool nearby You. We took more than hundred cool pictures of that place and surroundings. Especially We enjoyed time in the evenings when All of us got together cooking, dancing, eating and just having good rest! Please note: car is required if You would like to explore beaches of that "sweet land". Want to say Thanks Nadia and Marie for help, they are very friendly and hospitable people. Undoubtedly, if It had been another chance to choose our vacation place We wouldn't have changed it!

Lussuosa, accogliente e nuovissima.

Avendo scelto l'isola di Lefkada per le nostre vacanze in Grecia, abbiamo cercato una sistemazione per le nostre due famiglie ognuna di quattro persone. (quattro adulti e quattro giovani dai 18 ai 23 anni). Abbiamo così prenotato Villa Iris, una delle cinque ville che costituiscono il complesso di Amalia Villas, a Nidri. L'assistenza via mail delle due ragazze che gestiscono le prenotazioni è stata molto gentile e precisa. Ci hanno sempre risposto con attenzione e velocità, oltre ad aiutarci a prenotare la barca che volevamo noleggiare per la vacanza. Veniamo alla villa. E' nuovissima e davvero spaziosa. (più di 200mq). Dotata di quattro camere (due matrimoniali e due doppie) spaziose, luminose ed ognuna con il proprio bagno grande e nuovo. Tutta la casa è dotata di aria condizionata gestibile separatamente, le finestre sono tutte dotate di zanzariera. Un'ampia cucina attrezzata di ogni elettrodomestico (frigo, freezer, bollitore, microonde, tostiera, lavastoviglie, tutti nuovi), i servizi da pranzo sono nuovi e puliti, non mancano neanche i sacchetti da cucina, per il ghiaccio, canovacci, presine, insomma è davvero completissima e curata. La sala da pranzo con tavolo, soggiorno, tv LCD, lettore dvd e due ampie porte-finestre che danno sul giardino. Il grande giardino è curatissimo e pulito, ha due zone con tavoli e sedie e un barbecue in cui abbiamo trovato perfino un sacco nuovo di carbonella per le nostre grigliate. La piscina è meravigliosa e, essendo la villa in cima ad una collinetta, domina tutta Nidri con un panorama mozzafiato. Viene pulita ogni giorno ed è la ciliegia sulla torta di questa villa. E' completa di ombrelloni e lettini per prendere il sole.La villa è dotata anche di lavatrice e di detersivi. Le pulizie e il cambio di biancheria avvengono una volta a settimana. Non manca neanche il wi-fi. Insomma un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa villa nuovissima ed accogliente, davvero soddisfacente che ha reso memorabile la vacanza a Lefkada. Le ragazze che la gestiscono sono disponibilissime e gentili, ci hanno addirittura invitate a festeggiare con la loro famiglia il ferragosto ed è stata una giornata speciale. Il prezzo, pur in altissima stagione (dal 4 al 19 agosto) è davvero buono. Un soggiorno di altissima qualità L'unico neo è la salita in macchina un po' impegnativa, ma sono due minuti e ne vale assolutamente la pena ! Buona vacanza !
