Hi, We had a bad experience and would like to share it. Firstly one day before we checked in, we received a call from the host stating that the accommodation heating system had a problem and it needed to be fixed. The host suggested to provide an alternate place until the issue is fixed. We had no choice than to accept the suggested place. We also paid extra for early morning check in. After 23 hours of flight, we reached London early morning. When we got the to flat, the key was incorrect and couldn't get it. After many attempts to reach the host that morning, the host eventually replied and told us to try the key at the next flat which was next door. The key actually opened the next flat and the host told us to wait there till they sort out the correct key. We waited for about 1 hour. After getting the correct key, we got into the flat that we were supposed to be in. In summary, the following are the issues we encountered and decided to check out early. We requested the host to refund the remaining nights and till now we haven't received any info regarding this. 1. Foul smell which appears to be from the septic and water joint outlet that sips through the sink when tap is turned on.2. Bed was not stable and the support wooden planks keeps moving. 3. Light bulb keeps flickering at the front door. 4. Poor customer support despite numerous attempts of calls.
