This was our first time in Agadir and in general we enjoyed the break

The beach and sea was amazing and the people we met down there and in the restaurants were so kind and friendly

Thank you for your feedback, we’re glad to hear that you enjoyed your first stay in Agadir, especially the beach, the ocean, and the kindness of the local people. However, we would like to clarify an important point regarding your departure. As clearly stated in our house rules, check-out is at 11:00 AM. On the day of your departure, we had another arrival scheduled, which required the apartment to be cleaned and prepared on time. Despite this, you left the apartment at 6:30 PM after spending the day at the beach and returning later to shower and get ready before your airport transfer. Unfortunately, this is not in line with the agreed terms. We did explain the situation to you, and after discussion, you kindly understood the need to free the apartment so our cleaning team could prepare it for the next guests arriving at 4:00 PM. As a gesture of goodwill, we kept your luggage safely during the day and did our best to accommodate you. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to welcome you again under smoother conditions.

The apartment was furnished to a very high standard and the air conditioning was superb. The Wi-Fi was on the whole excellent however we did experience several very short losses of service. The apartment was very clean however both we and the apartment manager were unable to close both the windows in the lounge and in the main bedroom which meant that the road noise from the nearby dual-carriageway was heard very easily and that traffic was busy 24 hours of the day.
