Welcome to a unique living experience in the heart of Visby! This freshly renovated and restored house offers a Gotlandic dream with its authentic charm and modern amenities. The house is located right next to the magnificent St. Klara Cathedral ruin, providing an enchanting and historic atmosphere. With its three floors and four separate bedrooms, this accommodation is perfect for larger groups or families.
The Space:
The house is filled with beautiful wooden details and craftsmanship, limestone floors, and rustic woodwork and wrought iron that reflect Gotland's rich history and culture.
The House is well-planned with 4 separate bedrooms, each with two 90 cm wide beds that can either be kept separate or put together as a 180 cm wide bed if you are traveling as couples.
Ground floor: The beautiful hallway with a guest WC and also the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is spacious with a seating area for up to 10 guests, got nice space to prepare food and includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven, freezer, fridge, hob, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home..
One of the four bedrooms is also situated on ground floor. A cozy little bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a 180 cm wide bed.
The beautiful wood stairs take you to the first floor where you find another bedroom with 2 separate 90 beds that can either be used as two beds or put together as an 180 cm wide bed. You also find the living room and social spaces with a beautiful view and fire space. Unwind in the cozy seating area with sofas and a smart TV, perfect for relaxation.
On the upper floor there are the two additional bedrooms of them four: one with a 180 cm bed and one with two separate 90 beds.
The location is phenomenal and unique in its character, neighboring the old church ruin and with a large private garden and outdoor seating. All for your privacy and use.
The lower level you find the laundry room and wine cellar.

The Neighborhood:
The house is situated just around the corner from Stortorget, an ideal Gotland location! The village of Visby offers a good variety of beautiful architecture, shops, restaurants and bars. I will provide you with some of my best tips and how to best explore Visby and Gotland to ensure you get the most out of your stay. For a truly unforgettable stay, immerse yourself in local traditions and events. From the lively Medieval Week festivities to music festivals and art exhibitions, Gotland's cultural calendar is brimming with activities year-round.
Getting Around:
If you are traveling just to visit Visby you don't need a car but a rental bike will work just fine. If you plan to explore the rest of Gotland I would suggest bringing your car (parking is included) or renting one on siste.

1. Guest Policy: Only registered and confirmed guests are permitted to stay at the premises. The accommodation reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of accommodation policies.
2. Rental Policy: The unit may only be rented and used for leisure purposes and is not intended for permanent residence. Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified by the host, with any exceptions requiring prior agreement. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and only the guests listed in the booking are allowed in the unit. Additionally, filming and recording are not permitted without prior written approval from the host.
3. Liability for Damages and Deep Cleaning: Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and its facilities in good condition. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the guest, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the full financial responsibility of the guest. The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions.
4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests. The accommodation is not liable for any disruptions or security risks associated with internet usage.
5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. The accommodation is equipped with a disturbance detection system that monitors and alerts management to any violations related to excessive noise or smoke. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction.
6. No Smoking Policy: The accommodation is a strictly non-smoking establishment, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction without a refund.
7. Forgotten items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items.
8. No Illegal Activities: The property may not be used for any illegal activities, including prostitution and drug use. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, the involvement of law enforcement, and forfeiture of any refund.
9. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Any violation may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties.
10. Footwear Policy: Guests are required to refrain from wearing shoes inside the accommodation to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
11. Key Return for Cleaning and Maintenance: Guests are required to leave the apartment key in the designated key lockbox to allow access for cleaning and maintenance. If the key is not returned to the lockbox as instructed, an additional fee of 400 SEK will be charged.
