Holiday villa with pool & fantastic views, Coin

This lovely 2 bedroom villa called Villa Maria is situated in the heart of the countryside in Coin, yet just a 15 minute drive into the centre of town. There are spectacular views to the mountains and over the abundant orchards. The villa offers a private pool with BBQ area, sun loungers and dining facilities. There is also a roof terrace. The villa also has avocado, orange, lemon, olive and various nut trees within the grounds. The villa offers a secure gated drive to cater for multiple cars, aircon units in the lounge and bedrooms and free WIFI.



This spacious villa is accessed via a private drive and the accommodation is arranged over one floor. The lounge/diner is furnished with two sofas, a dining table and chairs and benefits from a fireplace and a smart TV. The separate kitchen is well equipped and there is also a washing machine in the separate washroom.



The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom is fitted with twin beds and built in wardrobes. The mattresses can be zipped together upon request to make a double bed. There is also access to a shower room.
