Set over eight levels combined (four in each apartment), these stylish homes are side-by-side and identically appointed, blending contemporary design with coastal charm. From the moment you step inside, you'll be met with chic interiors, cosy furnishings, and light-filled rooms that invite relaxation, connection, and coastal living at its best.

Each living area features comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and large windows that frame panoramic views of Brixham harbour—magical by day, and enchanting by night as the lights shimmer across the water. Both homes offer fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washer-dryer, and a generous selection of cookware and utensils—perfect for preparing meals to enjoy together at either of the two six-seater dining tables.

In total, La Petite Maison Apartments features six tastefully decorated bedrooms: four doubles (two with low-level beds), and two singles. Thoughtful extras like Bluetooth speakers with USB charging points, Smart TVs in the master bedrooms, hairdryers, mirrors, and stylish storage make each room a comfortable haven for rest and privacy.

There are two family bathrooms, both with a full bath and overhead shower, as well as quality towels and linen included in your stay.

Situated directly opposite the replica of The Golden Hind on Brixham's inner harbour, you'll be staying right on the waterfront, with boutique shops, seafood restaurants, coastal walks, and the famous fish market just steps from your door. Both maisonettes come with allocated parking, a rare perk for such a central location.
