This beautiful home away from home property consist of 3 large bedrooms with each room fitted with smart television for your entertainment, two bathroom upstairs and one being ensuite for the master bedroom with queen size bed. Ground floor consist of living room area with entertainment system, kitchen and toilet. The basement area is fully setup theatre or cinema room fora movie night. The is large cosy seat out area at the back and private packing space capable of parking 3 cars and also there are off street packing as well free.
The property is in a private quiet estate, clean and tidy environment with local stores, shops and restaurant nearby. Springfield Mall is about 10 minutes drive away and about 15 - 20 minutes drive to the city centre.
