Communication with Marta through the app was very easy, always quick to respond to any questions. The check in process was very smooth, we messaged from the airport and Marta was waiting for us. The apartment itself is fantastic, the pictures do not do it justice, it is very large and roomy, a double room with ensuite and a twin room with separate bathroom. And also a separate toilet.There is also a lovely second lounge where the sun comes in the morning with lots of books to choose from The furnishings are beautiful quality ,and all very new. It had everything we needed. Also the extra additions of little extras like, oil, salt, napkins etc all made a difference. The beds are super comfy.The balcony is huge with table and chairs and gets the afternoon sun The ferry stop is about 200 yards away and the supermarket even closer I wouldnt hesitate to book this apartment again. It will definitely be my first choice .
